Contacting Sikhana Seekho: common questions

How quickly will you reply?

We typically respond within 24 hours on working days.

Can you check my PMP eligibility?

Yes. Try the free eligibility checker first, then email us your education and experience details if you are unsure.

Do you offer corporate training?

Yes. Contact us with your team size, location and goals, and we will suggest options.

Where are you based?

In the United Kingdom. We work with learners online in many countries.

Do you share my details?

No. We never sell your data; see our privacy policy for details.

What should you include in your message?

To help us answer quickly, include your country, your goal, such as passing the PMP in 2026 or moving into project management, and any deadline you are working to. If your question is about PMP eligibility, add your highest education level and roughly how many months you have spent leading projects in the last 8 years. For corporate training, tell us the number of people, their experience level and whether you prefer online or in-person sessions.

Since 2019 we have helped more than 10,000 people from more than 20 nationalities, and most questions we receive are answered by one of the free guides above, so it is worth a quick look before you write. If not, we are happy to help.

What happens after you send a message?

Your message goes to our inbox, and where a free guide already answers your question we will point you to it. If you ask about a course or corporate training, we will reply with the options, dates and prices that fit your situation,.

We use your details only to answer your question, as explained in our privacy policy, and we never add you to a mailing list unless you sign up yourself. If you later want us to delete your message and contact details, just reply and ask.

For urgent exam questions, such as a PMI audit or an application deadline, mention the deadline in your subject line so we can prioritise it. PMI audits are randomly selected, and the guidance on our eligibility page explains what documents to prepare while you wait for our reply.

Which resources do people ask about most?

Most messages are about 4 topics: whether someone is eligible for the PMP, how long to study, which certification to choose first, and how to move into project management from another career. Each has a detailed free guide on the site, and the PMP readiness checklist brings the exam topics together in 35 points you can tick off. If you have read these and still have a question, write to us with the details and we will help you find the next step.

You can also follow Sikhana Seekho on YouTube for free video lessons on the PMP exam, agile and project management careers, which often answer common questions in more depth.
